DQS training failed on previous boot, reverted to slower DRAM speed

I am facing problem as shown in above video. I gone to service center in my area, they have said that you have to change motherboard. But my computer model is old, so I am not able repair or change motherboard of my computer which sucks me.....

So here I got a trick to use my computer with facing little problem which is you have to wait for an hour to get your computer start. Firstly I start my computer and the problem appears as shown in video, later I use to kept my computer 'ON' for an hour without disturbing it.

After an hour, when I press F2 key it opens my window screen. And that's how I use my computer. Thanks for seeing my video or for visiting my blog post. And sorry for not showing solution into the video but I have put the solution here in description So don't dislike my video or post unless checking this/description information........

If you are facing the same problem then you have to get repair your your pc's motherboard or replace the motherboard with the new one.

Note:----
